Panda Chinese

Panda Chinese take out food

Panda Chinese Restaurant
860 Paris Island Gateway
Suite C5

We always call in our order and then go to pick it up.

When I want hot chinese food and I want it fast, I visit Panda which is located in the BiLo Shopping area on Parris Island Gateway.  They have a small eating area without a soda machine, only cans of soda for sale, so I usually get my food to go.  My favorite choices are House Lo Mein, spring rolls, House Mei Fun, Sweet and Sour Chicken.

The building is not fancy, but the food is fresh and the people are always nice.  They have lunch and dinner buffets for a quick meal or you can order from their menu.

Organic Fried Rice With Shrimp

Organic Brown Fried Rice with tomatoes, onions, carrots, peas, and Thai seasoning

Yes! Thai Indeed

2127 Boundary Street
Unit 2
Beaufort SC

Yes! Thai Indeed is now located in the K-Mart shopping area. As always the food is fresh and presented beautifully.

I ate a mild dish of Organic Brown Fried Rice; for an
additional charge I added Shrimp. Add some Thai Iced Tea or hot Jasmine tea as your beverage and don’t forget to save room for dessert.

The restaurant is cozy so make reservations just in case they get busy.

Lunch Special House of Tokyo

House of Tokyo Lunch Special A

House of Tokyo

330 Robert Smalls Parkway
Beaufort, SC 29906

Nestled between shops in the Cross Creek Shopping Center is a cozy Japanese restaurant called House of Tokyo.  Eating there is like eating with long time friends.  The staff is very friendly and will do their best to make you feel at comfortable.  My favorite thing to order is the sushi lunch special A.  The lunch specials are served from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. and they have more than sushi.  The prices are reasonable and the food is fresh.

Thai Surf & Turf

Thai Surf & Turf
Salmon and Lamb Chops

Papaya Thai and Sushi Bar

For dinner my husband feasted on Thai Surf and Turf a dinner of two tender lamb chops with a large piece of salmon and organic vegetables, mixed with green and yellow curry sauces.  I had California roll.  For dessert we ordered sticky rice and mango, a delightful combination of sticky rice, sweet coconut sauce and sliced mango, yum!

Bento Box with Teriyaki Shrimp

I love Bento boxes because I get to have California Roll and in this case Teriyaki Shrimp along with a spring roll all for lunch!

Yama Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar

Sunday – 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Located 5.5 miles from Parris Island, Yama Japanese Restaurant offers tables and chairs close to the sushi bar or tables around a hibachi grill.  We ate lunch on the weekend and chose a table by the sushi bar.  My husband ordered a salmon roll and shrimp cucumber roll.  I ordered the teriyaki shrimp bento box (pictured).  The food came out in a timely manner and tasted delicious.  They offer a 10% military discount all of the time and on Mondays they offer a special 25% off for all military.  If you are not military, they have other specials like a buy one get one half off on Wednesday evenings.
